1. Don’t Block Yourself
The goal of Twenty48 Solitaire is really to just score as much as you can by merging cards. Of course, the challenge comes from keeping yourself from getting overwhelmed with the number of cards coming in. If your board fills up with cards, you will lose the game. To avoid that, you can merge cards. If there are no cards available for merging, you can transfer cards to a different stack to free up cards that you can merge. Since the chances of finding low-number cards is higher, make sure you avoid burying them in stacks. Doing so will prevent you from progressing later on in the game. Always place the low cards where you can easily get to them.
2. Level Up For Bonuses
As you play Twenty48 Solitaire, you will automatically gain experience that will help you level up. Leveling up will unlock new features that can make your life easier. When you reach level 2, you will gain access to the Undo card. This is a useful feature that allows you to reverse mistakes you make in the game. When you hit level 3, you will be able to unlock the wild card, making it easier for you to progress even if you run out of possible merges. Subsequent levels do not give you additional features, but they do give you score multipliers. Keep leveling up in order to push your scores even higher!
3. Create A 2048 Card
When you have a particularly problematic stack of cards, the 2048 card is your friend. Creating a 2048 card is not easy, but once you have it, you will be able to clear an entire line of cards. This will make it easy for you to earn massive points for your high score. The key to getting that 2048 card is by using your wild card correctly. Save it for a clogged line and try to use it only for high cards. High cards are harder to come by, so hitting 2048 becomes more challenging the higher you go. Holding on to your wild card will help you get to that 2048 even if you only manage to create one 1024 card.
4. Use The Discard Pile Wisely
Twenty48 Solitaire allows you to throw away cards that you cannot merge or transfer. These cards go to the discard pile. Unfortunately, the pile has a very stringent limit of just two cards. Try not to use it unless you absolutely have to. If you somehow filled up your discard pile too soon and find yourself with additional cards you need to get rid of, there is still a way. Just watch a video advertisement and you will be able to clear the discard pile and make room for additional cards.
5. Save Your Undo Cards
Just as with the discard pile slots, undo cards in the game are not unlimited. They are weaved into your deck, so you won’t know when the next one will pop up. Make sure you hold on to your undo cards unless it is really necessary to use them. Undo cards are harder to come by than wild cards, so see if you can get yourself out of a sticky situation with a wild card first. As much as possible, use an undo card only if you have more than one. This way, you will still have a back up for dead end situations.

The way to win in this game is to earn a ton of points by merging cards, and if your entire board fills up, you lose. The way to keep the board from filling up is to always put either the same number together, or to put a number below the next-highest number if you are unable to match it immediately. Avoid putting numbers on top of lower-numbered cards or you create a clog on the board.

You’ll gain experience levels as you play the game, and as you gain levels, you’ll gain bonuses. At level 2, you will unlock the undo card in your current deck. Once you merge two 1024 cards, you make a 2048 card, and when you make a 2048 card, you’ll clear out the entire line of cards. If you have a clogged line and a wildcard, then use the wildcard to continuously merge cards on the clogged line until you make it to the 2048 and clear out the entire line.
Use the discard pile sparingly. Your use for this is to get rid of a card if you have no equal-or-higher cards to place it on, but once you discard two cards, you won’t be able to discard any more of them. If you have a data connection, then you will be able to watch an advertisement video in exchange for getting rid of the cards in the discard deck and being able to use it again.
Use your undos sparingly as well. This, of course, lets you undo a bad move, but you can’t get your undos back once you use the ones that you have, at least until an undo card shows up in your deck. Use an undo card and you get one undo, but undo cards rarely show up. They are FAR more rare than the wild cards.
